Return
We want you to find the perfect jewelry for yourself that will make you happy every day. That is why we offer the option of returning or exchanging unworn jewelry within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged if:
- They have been modified at your request.
- They are not in original condition and are worn, damaged or otherwise depreciated.
- They were modified by you or another jeweler.
How to proceed when returning a product without giving a reason?
1. Write to obchod@colibrisperky.cz . Don't forget to copy your order number .
2. Prepare a shipment that will contain the purchased product in its original box. Carefully package the product so that it is not damaged during transport.
3. After the initial communication, we will send you a code for returning the product via Zásilkovna. Simply report the code at any Zásilkovna drop-off point, where they will print a return label for you. Returning goods via Zásilkovna in the Czech Republic is charged CZK 69 . Returning goods via Zásilkovna from Slovakia is charged 176 CZK (7 EUR) . We will then deduct this amount from the total amount for the returned goods.
- You can of course arrange the shipping yourself. In this case, please send the packages to Manuya sro, Kabešova 943/2, 190 00, Prague 9. Always send the return as package to the address , never as a registered letter. Send the tracking number to our email obchod@colibrisperky.cz.
- Please send packages within the legal deadline of 14 days after you notify us of the return of the products. Packages sent after more than 14 days will be returned to the customer.
- We have 14 days to process your return from the moment we pick up your package. If you return the goods in a damaged condition, we reserve the right to charge you for the damage incurred.
- If you return products for which you received a bonus (e.g. free product, gift with purchase over a certain amount, free shipping over a certain amount) and after returning the goods, the minimum amount to use the bonus is not met, in which case the entire bonus that the buyer received from such a transaction will be canceled .
Complaint
If there is something wrong with the goods, write to the e-mail: obchod@colibrisperky.cz. If possible, add a photo of the product defect to the complaint request.
- The complaint applies only to defects caused by the manufacturer and does not apply to damage caused by incorrect or careless use and natural wear and tear, including gold plating.
- It does not apply to mechanical damage (tears, wear, breakage, scratches, abrasion of the surface layer, etc.), or other mechanical damage and visible errors, defects caused by unprofessional intervention or use.
- Oxidation (blackening) of silver is a normal property of it and is not a reason for a complaint.
- The deadline for handling a complaint, including removing the defect, is 30 calendar days without undue delay , But we always try to resolve everything as soon as possible.
We respond to emails as quickly as possible, but no more than within 72 working hours. 💕
