Where do we deliver to?

• We deliver to all countries of the European Union (EU) .

Delivery time

• Czech Republic & Slovakia : 2–5 business days
• Europe : 4–14 business days

Shipment tracking

• After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package.

In the event of non-acceptance of the package, we reserve the right to demand the incurred shipping and packaging costs in the amount of CZK 200 - 300 (depending on the actual costs of processing, shipping, returning and restocking the order).

All prices are listed in CZK / EUR and do not include VAT.

Payment will be made via the secure payment gateway Comgate or by cash on delivery. The service provider, ComGate Payments, as, is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.

The fastest way to pay online. In the ComGate payment gateway interface, you enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC code – the three numbers you can find in the signature strip on the back of your card. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard, so you will probably be asked to enter a numeric code that you will receive via SMS from your bank.
