1. Choose one or two photos that you want to place in the locket. We recommend portrait photos.

2. Navigate to the gray bar below the product description. Upload and crop the selected photo(s).

3. When the box turns green, click "Add to Cart". Once you have uploaded the photos and they turn green, you need to add the product to the cart, otherwise the photos will not be uploaded. If you leave the page after uploading the photos, you need to upload the photos again.

4. You can see attachments to individual products in your cart. If you don't see photos associated with the medallion in your cart, they were not uploaded correctly.

Are you having trouble uploading a photo? No problem! Submit your order without a photo and immediately after ordering, send an email to obchod@colibrisperky.cz. Enter the order number and attach your photos. Done!

Products that are in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days . Orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment. After shipment, you will receive a tracking code from us via Zásilkovna. Personalized products are made to order within 3-5 business days.

The durability of gold plating depends on how you care for your jewelry. We recommend taking your jewelry off when you shower or go to bed. Avoid contact with chemicals such as chlorine, perfumes and body lotions. Detailed information on jewelry care can be found here .
